Mr. Prateek Bhalotia, with a keen foresight into the pivotal importance of security and automation for infrastructure development, has been a driving force in integrating cutting-edge technologies within Indian Railways. His unwavering dedication is reflected in his efforts to enhance, modernize, and automate the railway’s Signalling and security systems, establishing a robust framework aimed at preventing train accidents and minimizing loss and damage.
As a visionary entrepreneur, he founded Sigma Rail Systems in 2019, at the forefront of designing, developing, and manufacturing advanced Railway safety Signalling solutions for Indian Railways. Based in Kolkata, the company operates from a state-of-the-art facility spanning over 50,000 square feet, delivering comprehensive, indigenous(Make in India) solutions for the Signalling and Communications Division.
